I’ve watched them grow as a couple and as a ministry for more than 10 years (almost 20 in Mari’s case). I’m honored to serve them as pastor, and delighted to commend their ministry to anyone - anywhere!
This couple combines their talents to offer the finest of jazz, gospel, classic and traditional music at both points of the spectrum - sacred and secular. You won’t find better anywhere, and their bright, fresh way captivates any audience. But best of all, the Cantos team are real to the roots. They’re as real in their personal way to a group as they are to one another as a married pair who demonstrate what healthy, creative unity can look like.
With this though, I want to add my highest reasons for commending Bill and Mari. It’s because of the reality and authenticity of their love for Jesus Christ and their capacity to draw people to see Him that I most enjoy them. When the Cantos’ minister, good things happen.
I can’t think of any pair you would more enjoy spending an evening with, whether in your front room, or with them on a platform before a hundred or thousands. So if you are looking for more than great talent - seeking a pair who will bring authentic ministry (set like a diamond in a surround-sound of great music), I promise you - you’ll enjoy, be blessed by, and be glad you invited Bill and Mari!

Bill and Mari are entertaining but they are not just entertainers. They minister with incredible sensitivity through their music but they are not just ministers. Their comedic timing is amazing but they are not just a witty team.
Bill and Mari’s songs are inspirational and their character is refreshing, and somehow, through it their playful banter, they tie it together to create a spontaneously wonderful occasion sensitive to all in attendance!
